Your Board of Directors presently meets on a monthly basis.  The Secretary is responsible for preparation of the minutes following the meeting, which are then circulated to the Directors in advance of the next scheduled meeting, where they are then reviewed, amended as necessary, and approved.  With the activation of the Association's new website, in the interest of keeping Members current with their Director's activities, commencing Feb 16, 2023, approved minutes are posted here.
