You may still have lovely conversations (and Coffee & Tea) with friends.  

Our annual general meeting will follow, with the treasurer's presentation of the fiscal year end financial statements, the directors' report of activities and decisions over the past year, election of the directors, and a vote on a special resolution amending our bylaws. 

We encourage registration for the AGM early (just email: info@wcbrea.com).
